The Class

Embark on a 6 Week personalized movement and stability class. The class starts out with a personal evaluation of your individual strengths and weaknesses. The class is designed to build progressively each week. From the start the instructor will work with you in assessing the inefficiencies in your current movement and throughout the class will demonstrate exercises to regain strength and confidence in the activities you love.

The Teacher

Lauren Sanders has over 10 years of experience in cardiac rehab and personalized training. 

Lauren is well-versed in accommodating all walks of life. Whether it be a knee-replacement, pre-surgery preparation, an athletic personal goal, or simply put; you just don't move the way you used to.
